Our favourite way to use Charlie's Sticky Sauce is on ribs. It really "sticks to the ribs" and adds huge flavor! A little secret to fall-off-the-bone tender ribs is to bake them in the oven first. Place the ribs in an inch or so of water in a baking dish and add a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce if you like. Cover them and bake at 300 degrees for about 1-1/2 or 2 hours. Drain ribs and pat dry. You can add any dry seasonings if you like such as garlic powder, black pepper. Grill on bbq medium heat until golden and brush on the Sticky Sauce for last few minutes of grilling. Make sure there's plenty of sauce for dipping. They go really fast at our place!"
